As former employment lawyer, accredited mediator and member of the Association of British Investigators with over 20 years’ experience in employment law and employee relations, he is a recognised specialist in complex workplace investigations and conflict resolution.

Suzanne leads the Organisational Culture and Conflict Resolution and Mediation divisions at ibex gale, as well as being the Head of People for the company.
As a senior people management professional, Suzanne has a wealth of experience delivering strategic solutions for global brands and organisations.
She is known for her deep understanding of the complexities of workplace culture and is accomplished at leading teams in diagnosing issues and implementing solutions that provide a springboard for change. Her knowledge of employee engagement, talent management, leadership and interpersonal conflict enables her to navigate organisations through what are sometimes challenging periods. Her style is to blend commerciality with compassion, and she is skilled at collaborating with teams to deliver results in the least disruptive way. She is motivated by the courage and openness of the companies she works with, and by the benefits that improving the culture within a company can have on employees.
Suzanne has a MSc in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol.

Ruth regularly advises on and carries out sensitive and complex workplace investigations, including bullying and harassment grievances, whistle-blowing complaints and high-level disciplinary cases.
She has strong experience in public sector – NHS and Higher Education, and also in the retail sector.
Ruth has over 10 years experience in private practice as an employment lawyer, handling all types of employment tribunals from unfair dismissal to multi-day discrimination cases.
Sarah leads our regulation and compliance division, advising health and social care organisations on CQC compliance. This includes dealing with registration requirements, regulatory investigations, challenging inspection reports and assisting with responses to enforcement action.
Sarah also advises Boards on governance and assurance and how to prepare for CQC ‘well-led’ inspections. She has significant incident investigation experience and is a safeguarding expert, advising on safeguarding obligations, frameworks and investigations.
Before joining ibex gale, Sarah qualified as a regulatory lawyer at Bevan Brittan, and then spent 12 years at DAC Beachcroft.
Zoe is an experienced employee relations professional and a senior member of our investigation team. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is also skilled in workplace dispute resolution; providing interventions such as coaching, facilitation and mediation to support positive outcomes.
Zoe has a wealth of experience in complex case management and investigations, including MHPS, grievances, bullying & harassment and whistleblowing. She works with clients across the private and public sector, including NHS Trusts, Councils, Multi-Academy Trusts, Further Education and Higher Education.
Zoe has over 17 years’ experience as an HR Professional with 10 of those working at a senior level within the NHS. Her last role was Head of Employee Relations for a large NHS Foundation Trust where she was responsible for leading a large service providing employee relations consultancy, Medical HR services and HR policy development for the Trust. Prior to this she worked within local education authorities providing employee relations advice to schools.
Chartered FCIPD, Coaching to Lead (NHS England), MHPS Trained Investigator.
Shelley has expertise in dealing with complex employment matters including whistleblowing, discrimination, grievances and disciplinaries.
Prior to joining ibex gale, Shelley was a senior employment lawyer at a top 100 law firm providing commercial, practical and strategic advice. She regularly advised on business re-organisations, changes to terms and conditions, and other large-scale projects.
She also managed complex employment tribunal litigation, where she successfully resolved multiple discrimination and equal pay claims.
Rebecca oversees the marketing and business development functions at ibex gale. Rebecca’s experience is mainly in the media and tech sectors, and she enjoys working on start-ups that require a combination of strategic marketing and being hands on.
She started her career in brand management for CIC Video (Universal & Paramount Home Entertainment). Then followed years at other companies including Disney where she was Marketing Director in the TV division, before moving to the Cotswolds and running her own business.
She has a degree in Zoology from Nottingham University and CIM qualification.
Emma is a non-practising solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in employment law, both in private practice and in-house. Emma specialises in workplace investigations, including whistleblowing, bullying and harassment, and workplace culture. She has also advised companies on large scale projects such as reorganisations.
Alongside this work, Emma is especially interested in wellbeing, and has worked as a coach and therapist. Emma has qualifications in coaching, NLP and EFT, and is a qualified workplace mediator.
Kate started her career as an employment lawyer in private practice, dealing with a range of employment litigation work from complex discrimination cases and equal pay to advising on TUPE and reorganisations. Prior to joining ibex gale, Kate spent over 5 years working as an HR Employee Relations Advisor at UBS in London.
She regularly conducted investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes as well as advising on restructures, employee representation consultations projects and all people related matters. Kate also provided advice on policy best practice including aspects of diversity, equality and inclusion.
