ibex gale were instructed to undertake a fact-find investigation into a breakdown of relationships between a Consultant team and the senior nursing team at a leading teaching hospital.
This complex review required analysis of issues dating back 10 years which had been unsuccessfully resolved despite numerous attempts using both internal and external resource. Our investigation and report identified the cause of the conflict, and the impact on well-being, service delivery and patient safety. We produced a set of clear and achievable recommendations to assist the Trust in moving forward to resolution.
