She also managed complex employment tribunal litigation, where she successfully resolved multiple discrimination and equal pay claims.
She started her career in retail management before qualifying as an employment lawyer and has supported private and public sector organisations with complex, sensitive employment tribunal litigation, where she had a particular focus on equal pay and discrimination matters.
Leonora also has experience advising on TUPE matters, supporting organisations conducting grievance investigations, and advising on complex employee relations issues.
Jonathan is a Chartered MCIPD HR Consultant with over 20 years of private sector employee relation relations experience gained in senior management capacities up to Associate Director level, within sectors as diverse as retail, insurance technology, telecomms, defence engineering and construction. Jonathan also has 4 years of public sector experience managing employee relations within the NHS in positions up to Head of ER.
Jonathan’s main area of focus and interest is complex case management, managing, advising on and conducting conduct, grievance and harassment investigations, hearings of a disciplinary, performance management, SOSR and absence management nature and all types of appeal.
