Kimberley is an experienced healthcare regulatory specialist, advising health and social care organisations on CQC compliance; dealing with registration requirements, regulatory investigations, challenges to inspection reports and assisting with responses to enforcement action.
Kimberley works closely with clients to ensure regulatory compliance including; drafting and reviewing polices and procedures, incident/complaint management and undertaking due diligence exercises, for example, regarding the acquisition of health/social care providers.
Kimberley also has over 10 years experience in Professional Disciplinary cases, providing advice and representation to a variety of healthcare professionals in relation to regulator fitness to practise investigations from the initial complaint/investigation and any interim order proceedings through to Fitness to Practise Final Hearings.
Before joining ibex gale, Kimberley spent 7 years at DAC Beachcroft as an Associate Solicitor working in the Healthcare Regulatory team.
