Kate started her career as an employment lawyer in private practice, dealing with a range of employment litigation work from complex discrimination cases and equal pay to advising on TUPE and reorganisations. Prior to joining ibex gale, Kate spent over 5 years working as an HR Employee Relations Advisor at UBS in London.

She regularly conducted investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes as well as advising on restructures, employee representation consultations projects and all people related matters. Kate also provided advice on policy best practice including aspects of diversity, equality and inclusion.

Kris is a highly regarded HR professional, with over 25 years experience over a variety of industries including leisure, retail, manufacturing, engineering and financial services.
The majority of Kris’ expertise is in employee relations and change, and she has acted as a trusted advisor to business leaders and team leaders.

Kris has a BA (Hons) European Business Studies with German, a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law & is a member of the CIPD.
In her spare time Kris can be found down the beach walking her pup Tess.

Kimberley is an experienced healthcare regulatory specialist, advising health and social care organisations on CQC compliance; dealing with registration requirements, regulatory investigations, challenges to inspection reports and assisting with responses to enforcement action.

Kimberley works closely with clients to ensure regulatory compliance including; drafting and reviewing polices and procedures, incident/complaint management and undertaking due diligence exercises, for example, regarding the acquisition of health/social care providers.

Kimberley also has over 10 years experience in Professional Disciplinary cases, providing advice and representation to a variety of healthcare professionals in relation to regulator fitness to practise investigations from the initial complaint/investigation and any interim order proceedings through to Fitness to Practise Final Hearings.

Before joining ibex gale, Kimberley spent 7 years at DAC Beachcroft as an Associate Solicitor working in the Healthcare Regulatory team.
