Prior to joining ibex gale, Victoria worked as a project administrator supporting facilities management projects for companies including Royal Mail and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

She previously worked in the transport and construction industry in project and administrative roles.

Mark’s work with business owners, directors and management teams is focused on the development and implementation of effective people solutions and processes.  He is passionate about helping clients resolve the people issues that they face, provide effective ways of managing and dealing with employee disputes that arise, and provide practical, expert advice on a range HR processes and interventions. 

With over 25 years consultancy experience, Mark works both in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland. Mark provides effective workplace investigation solutions, designing and implementing interventions to support positive change in organisations and providing expert advice and analysis in the area of pay and benefits benchmarking.
