She has over 20 years experience working across the public sector and Health sector.

He has particular expertise within the health, education and charitable sectors. He advises on large scale reorganisations, redundancies and change management programmes, as well as conducting complex workplace investigations involving fraud, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Simon sits as a Legally Qualified Chair at the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service which makes independent decisions about whether doctors are fit to practise medicine.

Sarah is a commercially perceptive and solution-oriented, CIPD qualified HR professional with particular experience in financial services. Sarah is an adept investigator at identifying emerging risks, themes and trends in workplaces that affect morale, productivity, and engagement. She supports the effective and compliant provision of HR functions across the spectrum of employee relations issues which includes matters of diversity and inclusion, discrimination, culture, harassment, wellbeing and mental health. She is experienced balancing organisational demands with personnel needs and cultural fluencies for international organisations.   

Sarah also has extensive experience in resolving people related issues involving vulnerable staff or where there are mental ill health challenges supporting both the individuals and the organisations concerned.
