David co-founded ibex gale with Poppy Jenkins in 2013 after a successful career as an employment lawyer, sharing her vision of a business which offered its clients a combination of the best aspects of technical employment law and hands-on people management expertise.
As well as driving the strategic direction of the business, as an experienced accredited workplace mediator, David leads our conflict resolution and mediation work and is passionate about helping our clients to create workplace cultures which tackle interpersonal and team conflict in a spirit of empathy, compassion and inclusivity.
