“Kate started her career as an employment lawyer in private practice, dealing with a range of employment litigation work from complex discrimination cases and equal pay to advising on TUPE and reorganisations”
Prior to joining ibex gale, Kate spent over 5 years working as an HR Employee Relations Advisor at UBS in London.
She regularly conducted investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes as well as advising on restructures, employee representation consultations projects and all people related matters.
Kate also provided advice on policy best practice including aspects of diversity, equality and inclusion.
