Frances has 30 years’ experience coaching senior leaders and teams, facilitating change and mediating where there is conflict and tension. She has a Masters in Coaching, with a broad grounding in psychology as well as mediation, facilitation and organisational development. She brings Transformative Mediative Team Coaching to teams experiencing pressure, tensions and lacking psychological safety.
In her coaching, she brings a supportive, relational approach to offering new perspectives, promoting innovative and agile thinking, and improving relationships and conversations.
In mediation, she uses her understanding of organisational culture to listen, support, and reframe. She helps each party to be heard, to hear one another more compassionately, to connect and to find a path back to productive ways of working.
Her priorities are authenticity, creativity and a willingness to take innovative approaches in order to deliver successful outcomes.
