Anne has worked for the NHS in various capacities for over 20 years. Anne is passionate about making an impact, her experience covers organisational culture, leadership, well-being, HR, coaching and mediation. Anne is a Master NLP practitioner and MBTI certified. Anne loves empowering people to bring their whole selves to their roles, achieve their goals and make a difference. Prior to joining the NHS Anne worked in the private sector and is a proud Royal Navy veteran.
Outside of work, Anne enjoys running, particularly Parkrun tourism, walking in beautiful places in the British Isles, open water swimming and challenging herself to step out of her comfort zone.
