ibex gale is a fast-growing team of people management experts servicing an enviable client list.

To support our continued growth, we are hiring Associates.

As an Associate, you’ll be working on projects requiring meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of professionalism. Your work could involve conducting sensitive and complex workplace investigations, managing large-scale organisational change projects, helping employers to enhance their workplace culture, and providing strategic people management advice.

Our culture reflects everything we know about creating and nurturing inspiring environments for people to work in. Our people have licence to be entrepreneurial, the flexibility to choose where and when they work (full or part time), and the security of a supportive workplace culture.

We prioritise work/life balance and your success is measured in results, not time.

You will need to be CIPD qualified, with a minimum of 5 years’ working at a senior level as an HR / employee relations professional. You will be personable, collaborative and a natural relationship builder, with strong analytical and drafting skills, proven commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering work to an outstanding standard. NHS and MHPS experience is desirable.

To apply, send an up to date CV to David Major at [email protected] with a note explaining why this role interests you.
