Sarah has expertise in all aspects of employee relations but specialises in conducting high risk, complex and sensitive investigations ensuring they are managed both compassionately and robustly.

Sarah’s work includes allegations of workplace bullying (often at a very senior level), race, sex and disability discrimination (including victimisation and harassment) and sexual harassment and misconduct.  
 
Examples of Sarah’s recent work include: 

  • A complex grievance investigation for a large pharmaceutical company.  
  • Disciplinary investigation for a Theatre Company.  
  • Grievance investigation for a Media Company involving allegations of discrimination. 
  • Investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct for a large NHS Trust involving a senior consultant.  
  • Multiple separate grievance investigations for a Global Technological Brand involving senior members of staff. 
  • Investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct for a Multi Academy Trust, involving a senior member of staff. 
  • Large scale review of a clinical department at an NHS Trust following allegations and counter allegations of misconduct and clinical concerns involving multiple consultants over many years. 
  • Grievance investigation including an Equal Pay element for a well-known fashion brand.  

Background

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience working as a Senior HR Professional spending 10 of those years within the NHS and the rest of her career across a variety of industries including Legal services, Retail, Fashion, Banking, Advertising and Lifestyle Brands.
