- A member of staff in the charity sector raised a complaint for alleged bullying and disability discrimination by two colleagues.
- A senior member of staff within the educational sector raised a complaint against HR for the alleged mishandling of a student complaint against them. The senior member of staff felt that due to their experience of HR’s complaint handling that this was in breach of their dignity at work.
