Poppy has a trusted reputation for handling sensitive and high-profile workplace investigations and successfully managing large scale organisational change programmes.

Poppy co-founded ibex gale with David Major in 2013 after working as a lawyer for many years.   

In private practice, she saw first-hand the need for a service that combined the expertise of lawyers and top-level people management professionals to help with complex challenges in the workplace. 

Poppy is a highly experienced workplace investigator, specialising in complex and sensitive investigations involving discrimination, whistleblowing and the breakdown of relationships at an executive level.   

She also has a strong reputation for successfully leading teams to deliver large-scale change projects, combining sound commercial acumen, legal compliance and a people-centric approach. 

Poppy is passionate about building a flourishing team with a culture of trust and ensuring that every project is delivered with compassion and excellence.
