Natasha is an experienced HR and organisational development specialist with expertise in culture, change, leadership, engagement, and conflict resolution. She is experienced in helping individuals and teams create inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performing workplaces.

Natasha helps individuals, teams, and organisations grow by uncovering the underlying factors that influence culture and performance. She works alongside leaders and staff to build trust, encourage open dialogue, and co-create positive ways forward that enhance wellbeing, collaboration, and effectiveness.

  • Leading both targeted and organisation-wide culture reviews within NHS Trusts, combining surveys, focus groups, and interviews to capture staff experiences and inform values-driven cultural development.
  • Designing and delivering organisational development programmes that respond to key challenges and opportunities, such as leadership capability, team effectiveness, and staff engagement, helping organisations embed lasting improvements.
  • Facilitating psychological safety workshops with leadership teams and service groups to build trust, strengthen relationships, and encourage inclusive decision-making.
  • Running engagement sessions with staff to create open spaces for feedback and collaboration, ensuring all voices contribute to shaping change.

Background

Before joining ibex gale, Natasha built her career in HR and organisational development across both the NHS and the private sector. She has held roles in operational HR as well as in specialist OD, supporting leaders and teams with culture, engagement, and change initiatives. Her experience includes working within NHS Trusts and system-wide projects, alongside time spent in the private sector, giving her a broad perspective on organisational challenges and people-focused solutions.
