Examples of Lucy’s recent work include:

  • Conducting a review of working relationships within a healthcare team following concerns that the level of dysfunction that exists had reached an irreparable level.
  • Leading a culture review of a large NHS team following multiple anonymous concerns about the leadership style of the senior team.  
  • Carrying out an independent case review within a government owned organisation to assess whether recent employee relations cases were managed in line with existing policies and procedures.
  • Investigating allegations of sexual misconduct within a national fast food restaurant chain.
  • Conducting a fact-finding investigation following allegations of bullying and harassment in an NHS Trust.
  • Managing a grievance investigation in response to a collective grievance concerning the conduct of a senior consultant within a healthcare setting.

Background

Lucy started her HR career in the NHS where she built a strong foundation across a number of areas of people management. She holds a Masters in Management with HR, is CIPD qualified and brings added knowledge and experience as a workplace mediator, coach and mentor.
