Her work often includes investigating allegations of workplace bullying, whistleblowing and sexual misconduct.
Kate has developed an expertise in diversity, equality and inclusion, and conducting investigations into complex issues relating to discrimination (including victimisation and harassment) in the context of race discrimination, cultural communication and micro-aggressions.
Kate has led on significant and complex change projects such as large-scale redundancy and TUPE processes as well partnering with clients to deliver restructures and organisational design programmes with a people-centric and compassionate approach.
Examples of Kate’s recent work include:
- Fact finding investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct for a private sector organisation.
- Investigation into a collective grievance raised by a trade union into allegations of bullying and inappropriate behaviour by a senior leader.
- Hearing and determining the outcome of a grievance appeal of a senior executive with full delegated authority on behalf of a private sector organisations.
- Leading a complex large scale redundancy process, including conducting employee elections and both collective and individual consultation for a global data analytics client.
- Partnering with two NHS Trusts to design and implement a new organisational structure for departments across both organisations.
- Designed and delivered training for HPMA on managing change management process in a compassionate and people-centric manner.
