Emily’s work often includes investigating allegations of workplace bullying, discrimination (including victimisation and harassment) and sexual misconduct. Emily partners with clients during periods of significant change and takes a people-centric approach to organisational design, restructures, redundancy and TUPE.

- Disciplinary investigation for an organisation in the financial services sector into allegations of bullying, involving a senior leader.
- Lessons learnt review for an NHS Trust following an organisational restructure.
- Grievance investigation involving four separate grievances against one senior leader, with allegations of bullying and inappropriate behaviour.
- Complex grievance investigation, involving two Directors who had raised a number of allegations against each other in the retail sector.
- Investigation into a redundancy appeal within an NHS Trust to inform the outcome of the appeal.
- Advised on the design and implementation of a new executive leadership structure for an organisation within the biomedical research and clinical trials sector.
- Advised on the design and implementation of a new structure for an organisation in the business intelligence sector.
- Consulted with staff on a large-scale redundancy programme for an organisation in the information services and analytics sector.
