Anne is an experienced HR and OD professional with a wealth of knowledge of culture, leadership, wellbeing, coaching, and mediation, dedicated to supporting both individuals and teams in creating thriving, inclusive, and high-performing environments.

Anne works with clients to support them understanding what is at the root cause of issues and challenges which are emerging within teams and services.  Anne also supports leaders individually and works with small teams to compassionately engage and support the team to shape the future together to positively influence culture, performance and wellbeing.    

Examples of Anne’s recent work include:

  • Leading culture reviews within many NHS Trusts to gain deep insight into the lived experiences of staff, enabling leaders and service teams to collaboratively develop cultures that are aligned with organisational values and desired behaviours.
  • Jointly leading a Patient Safety Culture Review within an NHS Trust to explore how organisational culture, leadership, and behaviours were influencing the patient experience, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • As an Organisational Development partner, working with teams to harness collective intelligence, fostering collaboration and understanding to co-create effective solutions.
  • Providing individual coaching support to leaders.
  • Undertaking workplace mediation.
  • Undertaking investigations into workplace grievances.
  • Providing compassionate support and engagement for staff throughout redundancy change programmes, helping individuals and teams navigate a challenging transition with dignity and care.

Background

Anne has 23 years’ experience in the NHS working collaboratively in Acute, Mental Health and Community providers and in the NHS system space. She has experience in operational HR as well as being an expert Organisational Development practitioner both within Trust and across Trust Groups and Systems. Before joining the NHS Anne worked for several years in the private sector which built on her career in the HM Royal Navy and previous experience working in retail banking.
