Anne works with clients to support them understanding what is at the root cause of issues and challenges which are emerging within teams and services. Anne also supports leaders individually and works with small teams to compassionately engage and support the team to shape the future together to positively influence culture, performance and wellbeing.

- Leading culture reviews within many NHS Trusts to gain deep insight into the lived experiences of staff, enabling leaders and service teams to collaboratively develop cultures that are aligned with organisational values and desired behaviours.
- Jointly leading a Patient Safety Culture Review within an NHS Trust to explore how organisational culture, leadership, and behaviours were influencing the patient experience, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- As an Organisational Development partner, working with teams to harness collective intelligence, fostering collaboration and understanding to co-create effective solutions.
