Jonathan is a Chartered MCIPD HR Consultant with over 20 years of private sector employee relation relations experience gained in senior management capacities up to Associate Director level, within sectors as diverse as retail, insurance technology, telecomms, defence engineering and construction. Jonathan also has 4 years of public sector experience managing employee relations within the NHS in positions up to Head of ER.
Jonathan’s main area of focus and interest is complex case management, managing, advising on and conducting conduct, grievance and harassment investigations, hearings of a disciplinary, performance management, SOSR and absence management nature and all types of appeal. Jonathan also has significant experience of managing, advising on and negotiating settlement agreements up to and including Director levels.
