Culture Reviews
We help organisations take a clear, honest look at their workplace culture, what it feels like to work there, what’s working well, and what might be getting in the way. Using interviews, focus groups and surveys, we listen closely to how people describe their day-to-day experiences. We also look at systems, structures, and communication patterns to understand the bigger picture.
Our aim is to uncover your cultural DNA, the values, behaviours, and habits that shape how things get done. Some of these may be clearly defined, while others are less visible but still have a powerful influence. We don’t approach this as a branding exercise, but as a way to understand how culture is really lived across your organisation and the impact it has.

Employee Engagement Surveys
Our engagement surveys are designed to go beyond surface-level metrics. We work with organisations to understand what truly matters to their people, what motivates them, what hinders them, and what makes them stay or consider leaving. The process begins with careful consultation to tailor the survey to the organisation’s context, values, and objectives. We use evidence-based frameworks to ensure we’re asking the right questions, and we prioritise clarity and confidentiality to support honest feedback.
Once the data is collected, we analyse both quantitative and qualitative responses to identify patterns, outliers, and areas of opportunity. We don’t just hand over results; we take the time to talk through what they mean. We work collaboratively with leaders or teams to unpack the insights and discuss what’s actionable, without jumping to assumptions or offering one-size-fits-all solutions.
Our aim is to provide a clear, practical understanding of how people are experiencing work, and what can be done to improve it. The focus is always on sustainable, context-aware change, not quick fixes. The engagement survey is not the end goal; it’s a starting point for meaningful conversation and development.
Psychological Safety Workshops
Psychological safety is the foundation of effective teamwork; it is what allows people to speak up, learn from mistakes, and challenge ideas without fear. In this workshop, we use the Fearless Organisation Scan (developed by Professor Amy Edmondson) to help teams better understand their experience of psychological safety and how it shapes the way they work together.
The process begins with a short survey that gives a clear picture of how team members perceive psychological safety in their environment. From there, we work with you to interpret the results, highlighting patterns, strengths, and areas where the team may be feeling stuck or uncertain.
What follows is a live, facilitated session where we share insights, reflect together, and explore practical ways to strengthen the team’s culture and performance. We focus on what’s relevant to the group, real issues and support open, constructive discussion.
Conflict Resolution & Mediation
We offer a range of conflict resolution interventions, using methods and processes to address disputes that arise and naturally inhibit team effectiveness, performance and culture. Using our extensive experience, we aim to resolve conflicts constructively, fostering mutual understanding and cooperation to re-establish trust within the team.
We offer individual mediation facilitating engagement, communication and negotiation between individuals guiding both toward a voluntary, mutually beneficial resolution.
We can also support with Mediative Team Coaching where we work with individuals or groups/teams to support and help them individually and collectively to understand the root causes of conflict, and then facilitate future focused conversations to allow individuals and groups to move forward together.
Our experienced facilitators create an environment which allows people to feel safe and supported to share their feelings and the impact that situations have had on them so that they can work together to shape the future together. Our independence as facilitators allows the freedom for people to safety share their challenges, feelings and perspectives in a confidential, compassionate and safe environment.
Our team can also support with Challenging Conversations Workshops for groups or teams. These support leaders with practical tools and strategies to confidently navigate disagreements and challenging conversations. Using interactive exercises learning to transform conflict into opportunities for growth, ensuring that tough talks enhance rather than hinder individual performance, team dynamics, and workplace culture.
Leadership Coaching & Training
Individual coaching provides a confidential, structured space for reflection, insight, and growth. We work one-on-one with leaders, whether they are navigating career transitions, developing their leadership capacity, or managing complex workplace challenges.
Our coaching approach is highly personalised. We begin with a conversation, with no assumptions to understand the person’s context, values, and goals. Each coaching journey is shaped by the individual’s unique circumstances and aspirations. Together, we explore decision-making patterns, leadership behaviours, and personal values, helping leaders gain clarity and agency in how they lead, work, and relate to others.
Our coaches draw on a range of evidence-informed practices, but the heart of our work is creating space for greater self-awareness and intentional action. Coaching can support building confidence, improving communication, navigating uncertainty, or aligning work with deeper purpose. Team Coaching & Development

Psychometrics
Success in any business starts with its people. By improving self-awareness, individuals can connect more effectively, leading to stronger teams, better leadership, and more dynamic collaboration. We offer Insights Discovery and MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) as tools to enhance communication, decision-making, and workplace performance.
These tools are introduced through one-to-one coaching sessions or group workshops, ensuring a personalised experience. All profiles remain confidential, and learners choose who they share their insights with.
By leveraging these tools responsibility and ethically individuals and teams can gain deeper insights and learning which supports increased engagement and performance.
We will work closely with you in relation to the outcomes of the review, and support the implementation of any recommendations.
Organisational Design
Organisational design comes in many forms. You may be considering a restructuring of a team or a department, a reorganisation of your business or some other strategic change project, such as a change in terms and conditions, job grade or pay band reviews. All of these projects involve an organisational design element.
We analyse your organisation’s culture and workforce resilience, together with the strategic business objectives of the proposed organisational design project. We will then identify the potential challenges, opportunities, and ways of realising your goals for each project. We partner with your leaders and teams to plan, design and implement the proposed design, ensuring that it aligns with your cultural values and objectives.
We also provide practical support and guidance on communication and engagement with staff in a compassionate and psychologically safe way, to ensure that the changes are successfully delivered. We can also provide ongoing cultural alignment support to ensure that the new design is effectively embedded within the organisation.
Redundancy Projects
A reduction in employee numbers can be an unpleasant but unfortunately a necessary reality for some businesses. We support businesses that are considering redundancies following a merger or acquisition, as part of cost reductions, implementing efficiencies or rationalisation programmes.
We provide support at all stages of these projects, starting with planning and preparing detailed project and communication plans, and training managers. We will implement the consultation process with staff and employee representatives, including running employee representative elections if necessary.
