Kate manages change management programmes for clients including restructures, TUPEs, redundancies, and employee representation consultations.

As a former employment lawyer, she also conducts investigations, and is experienced in advising on policy best practice including diversity, equality and inclusion.

Background

Prior to joining ibex gale, Kate spent over 5 years working as an HR Employee Relations Advisor at UBS in London. She started her career as an employment lawyer in private practice, dealing with a range of employment litigation work from complex discrimination cases and equal pay to advising on TUPE and reorganisations.
