Before joining ibex gale, Kimberley spent over 10 years as a regulatory solicitor specialising in supporting health and social care organisations in both the public and private sectors with: CQC compliance and regulatory action, incident/complaint management and due diligence for M&A transactions. Kimberley also represented regulated clinicians in fitness-to-practise investigations, from the initial complaint and any interim order proceedings through to final hearing.
