Ruth also spends time on case work. Her speciality is sensitive and complex workplace investigations, including bullying and harassment grievances, whistle-blowing complaints and high-level disciplinary cases, as well as conflict resolution.

She has strong experience in public sector including NHS, with particular knowledge of the Welsh Health Sector. Other sector experience includes Higher Education and Retail.
