Our regulatory and compliance team has over 15 years’ legal experience advising the health and social care sector on compliance, and so are uniquely placed to support health and social care providers in navigating the regulatory landscape and its requirements.
We support providers in obtaining CQC registration including advising on process, preparing applications, reviewing supporting evidence, drafting Statements of Purpose, and preparing employees for CQC “Fit and Proper Person” interviews. We also provide guidance for registered providers who might be reconfiguring their services and managing the consequent impact upon their registration.
We can manage all your ongoing CQC compliance needs, helping you prepare for “well-led” inspections or mount a Factual Accuracy challenge to a draft report. We can provide support with Duty of Candour, “Fit and Proper Person” and notification obligations, and we can also assist with your response to any enforcement action proposed by CQC.
