Zoe is experienced in workplace dispute resolution and providing interventions such as coaching, facilitation and mediation.
She has a wealth of experience in complex case management and investigations, including MHPS, grievances, bullying & harassment and whistleblowing.
She has also worked extensively within both the NHS and local education authorities supporting performance management and has led on large scale TUPE transfers and organisational change.
Zoe has over 17 years’ experience as an HR professional. Her last role was Head of Employee Relations for University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
