Sarah has an exceptional background as a senior HR professional working as Lead HR Business partner as part of the Global HR and UKI Leadership team in a matrix organisation.
She has spent the last 6 years working as HR Consultant, providing both strategic and operational HR Consultancy services including business change, HR strategy, management development and employee relations.
Her experience includes designing and implementing global HR strategies, and planning learning and development and change management projects including TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy programmes.
