Rizwana joined ibex gale after 19 years working in private practice as an employment lawyer. Her final 10 years in private practice were spent working with the British Medical Association and supporting Doctors with their employment claims in Tribunal. She has a particular interest in discrimination and whistleblowing complaints and has a strong track record in Tribunal.
Rizwana has extensive experience of acting as an Independent Investigator in both the public and private sector, and has supported grievance and disciplinary appeals.
