Raphael has over ten years’ experience in employment law covering all areas including grievances, disciplinary action, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Before joining ibex gale, Raphael worked for a variety of organisations doing both litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers, from small businesses to large public sector organisations. His legal advice has been praised for its clarity and authoritativeness. He has also helped to reach settlements, avoiding the need for litigation to the benefit of both parties.
Raphael also enjoys creative writing which he uses to good effect in his professional writing and in his spare time he is working on a novel that teaches employment law in an easy and humorous form.
