Polly has a wealth of employee relations knowledge after working for over 10 years in private practice as an employment lawyer and more recently, working in-house in a large public sector organisation.
Polly has advised on unfair dismissals, grievances, discrimination and harassment claims and now undertakes complex and sensitive workplace investigations.
She also has extensive experience of organisational change and implementing changes to terms and conditions, combining her technical expertise with a practical, commercial and compassionate approach.
