Maddy is Executive Assistant to David Major and Poppy Jenkins. In this role she assists both directors with operational and administrative support across all elements of the business.
Prior to joining ibex gale, Maddy spent spent 3 happy years at Seasalt as Executive Support.
She has experience of working for other high-profile brands including Stella McCartney, where she was EA to the Creative Director.
Maddy lives in Cornwall where she can indulge her passion for surfing and the sea.
