Joanna is a qualified employment lawyer. She began her career in private practice as an employment lawyer before spending 16 years as a senior EL consultant for NatWest Bank. At NatWest she managed and built relationships with a diverse portfolio of the Bank’s clients together with undertaking HR project management and managing a team of HR Consultants.
Joanna is an accredited and experienced workplace mediator. She has extensive experience of working with conflict management and engaging with the relevant parties helping to identify pragmatic solutions.
She also works on grievances, disciplinaries, change management projects, and cultural reviews.
