Jess spent 15 years working as an employment lawyer at two national law firms most recently as Legal Director at TLT LLP. Her role included supporting clients on workplace restructures, TUPE matters, complex grievance and disciplinary issues and restrictive covenants.
As a lawyer, Jess prided herself in giving practical, pragmatic and robust advice which reflects in the support she provides to our clients. Jess has a detailed understanding of the legal framework within which employers operate but combines this with the ability to provide practical hands-on support.
Jess is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Law.
