Hugh is an experienced employment solicitor with wide range of experience in areas of ER and employment law, both from an advisory and advocacy perspective.
Hugh trained as a Barrister and has advised on and investigated complex cases involving equal pay, discrimination, harassment, performance, and misconduct.
He regularly manages staff transfers, outsourcing and insourcing projects, particularly involving the public sector.
Hugh is a Level 5 ILM accredited Workplace Investigator and Mediator and has acted as a Harassment Investigation Officer for the Royal Navy alongside his reservist role in Media Operations.
