Faye has a wealth of qualifications in Leadership Development and Training which enables her to deliver outstanding culture review programmes to our clients.
Faye started her career in the public sector supporting aspiring leaders at the Audit Commission, and continued to lead on Learning and Development and OD in several NHS provider organisations.
She has over 20 years experience working across the public sector and Health sector.
