Carly leads ibex gale’s Change Projects service area, focusing on large-scale change projects including redundancies and TUPE. Prior to joining ibex gale, she was an employment lawyer for an international law firm, and regularly advised on complex disputes, large scale restructures, TUPE and all people related matters.  

In 2017, Carly obtained a PG Diploma in HR Management and is CIPD qualified.
