Yvonne is an accredited and experienced workplace mediator. She has extensive experience in conflict management, helping to identify pragmatic and lasting solutions.
She is adept at managing a wide range of ‘employee relations-based’ issues which are often complex and multi stranded, including grievances, disciplinaries and organisational culture. She also works on change management projects including TUPE transfers, restructures and redundancy programmes.
Prior to ibex gale, Yvonne worked for blue-chip companies such as BT and Accenture Consulting in senior HR Roles. She also spent 12 years at NatWest Bank as an Employment Law Consultant, managing a diverse portfolio of business clients.
