Will is a personable non-practising employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising SME’s and PLC’s upon complex and difficult work place disputes, both in law firms (including Keystone Law) and in-house (financial sector/civil service).
Will specialises in workplace investigations, including whistleblowing, race, disability and sex discrimination and harassment and is also a Prince2 qualified project manager.
His particular skills are in employee relations, grievance and disciplinaries, as well as advising on restructures and redundancy processes.
Will has worked mainly for organisations in the commercial sector, as well as some public sector and charity sector organisations including the National Gallery.
Will is a keen sports fan, open water swimmer and Sprocker Spaniel owner.
