Lucinda has over 25 years’ experience in people management. She advises boards and executive teams on complex employee relations issues and cultural change. One of Lucinda’s specialist areas is conflict resolution. She has carried out numerous sensitive and difficult investigations. She also has experience in the field of change management: restructuring, changes to terms and conditions and negotiating collective agreements.
Lucinda has a passion for the performing arts sector. She has delivered successful projects for companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Opera House, the Welsh National Opera, Curve Theatre, and the Edinburgh International Festival Society.
