As a non-practicing employment lawyer Justine offers experience of having worked in private practice coupled with in-house experience working as an employment lawyer within a FTSE 250 Group. Empathetic, commercial and observant, Justine demonstrates the ability to mix strategy setting and implementation in both large scale and discrete projects whilst always striving to balance the “people” element to help transform problems into solutions.
Justine believes that whether you are dealing with an employee challenging your establishment or if you are communicating change, people are at the heart of successful workplace cultures. Within that context Justine uses her background to successfully navigate these issues, gives clarity where needed, Justine listens and helps guides businesses whilst carefully shaping and putting into practice thoroughly planned processes.
