Fiona is CIPD qualified as well as Level A & B British Psychological Society trained. She is trained to deliver behavioural profiling in OPQ, Hays Leaderships Styles, Predictive Index and DISC.
Fiona spent over 10 years working in-house, predominately in Financial Services and Insurance. She covered all aspects of HR including, TUPE, large scale redundancies and acquisitions, employee relations matters and training and development.
Fiona’s work as an HR Consultant predominately sees her partnering with small to medium size professional services firms, with HR initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and culture.
