Rebecca oversees the marketing and business development functions at ibex gale. Rebecca’s experience is mainly in the media and tech sectors, and she enjoys working on start-ups that require a combination of strategic marketing and being hands on.

She started her career in brand management for CIC Video (Universal & Paramount Home Entertainment). Then followed years at other companies including Disney where she was Marketing Director in the TV division, before moving to the Cotswolds and running her own business.

She has a degree in Zoology from Nottingham University and CIM qualification.

Rizwana joined ibex gale after 19 years working in private practice as an employment lawyer. Her final 10 years in private practice were spent working with the British Medical Association and supporting Doctors with their employment claims in Tribunal.

She has a particular interest in discrimination and whistleblowing complaints and has a strong track record in Tribunal. Rizwana has extensive experience of acting as an Independent Investigator in both the public and private sector, and has supported grievance and disciplinary appeals.

Raphael has over ten years’ experience in employment law covering all areas including grievances, disciplinary action, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Before joining ibex gale, Raphael worked for a variety of organisations doing both litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers, from small businesses to large public sector organisations. His legal advice has been praised for its clarity and authoritativeness. He has also helped to reach settlements, avoiding the need for litigation to the benefit of both parties.
